Modified on Wed, 8 Oct at 5:47 PM

The Marketing Compliance Microsoft PowerPoint Add-in must be deployed centrally by an administrator with control over your organization's Office accounts. This guide explains how to make the Add-in automatically available to all users within your organization.

Prerequisites

To deploy the Add-in centrally, you need:

  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise SKUs: E3/E5/F3 or Business SKUs: Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium
  • Administrator access to your organization's Microsoft 365 environment

If you're unsure whether your organization has the appropriate licenses, please refer to these Microsoft resources:

Deployment Steps

  1. Log into Office 365 as an admin user
  2. Navigate to Integrated Apps
    • Click on the menu in the top left corner
    • Click 'Admin' to go to the Admin Center
    • In the Admin Center, search for 'integrated apps' in the search bar and select it
  3. Upload the Add-in

The Add-in will now be available to all users logged into PowerPoint with Microsoft accounts controlled by your organization.

Whitelisting Requirements

If your organization restricts domain access, you may need to whitelist the following domains to ensure the Add-in functions properly:

If you can whitelist using wildcards:

United States

Australia

  • *.intelligencebank.com

Europe/Africa

  • *.intelligencebank.com

If you cannot use wildcards, whitelist these specific domains:

United States
