How to Install the Content Risk Reviews Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint

This guide walks you through installing the Content Risk Reviews Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint.

Prerequisites

Before installing, ensure you have:

• Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later (or Microsoft 365)
• An active IntelligenceBank account
• Administrator permissions (if installing for multiple users)
• Internet connection

Installation Methods

Method 1: Install from Microsoft AppSource (Recommended)

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Click the Insert tab in the ribbon
3. Click Get Add-ins (or Office Add-ins in some versions)
4. In the Office Add-ins dialog, click Store
5. Search for "IntelligenceBank Content Risk Review"
6. Click Add next to the add-in
7. Review permissions and click Continue
8. The add-in icon will appear in your Home ribbon

Method 2: Admin-Deployed Installation

If your administrator has deployed the add-in:

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Click Insert > Get Add-ins
3. Click Admin Managed tab
4. Find "IntelligenceBank Content Risk Review"
5. Click Add
6. The add-in will be available in your ribbon
