The ability to add a new asset is tied to specific permission levels configured by administrators in your platform, and may also vary depending on what folder you’re looking to add an asset to.
- If you’re unable to add an asset to any folders in your DAM, this is most likely due to you not having the necessary permission level required to do so.
- If you’re able to add assets to some folders, but not others, this is most likely due to how the permissions are set up on a folder level.
Please check with your Main Administrator(s) of the platform, who will be able to verify that your permission levels were set appropriately.
