If there any issues with users not seeing their correct homepage, please review the below troubleshooting steps.
Troubleshooting Checklist:
- Confirm which division and group(s) the user is in
- Review the division to see what default homepage they have under Select Default Homepage
- Go to Admin > Templates and go to the Navigation Bar section
- Find the navigation item that matches the Select Default Homepage from step 2
- Open it to confirm what the related Select Custom Page is
- Confirm the group(s) has View permission to the homepage
