Why can't I download the files on the brand page button?

If you experience an error when attempting to download from a brand page, there are three common reasons why this may occur:

1. You may not have been granted permission to view and/or download
2. Assets have not been enabled for public sharing or downloading
3. The asset may have been moved/deleted since the link was provided

Please check with your Main Administrator(s) of the platform, who will be able to verify what the cause is.
