There many reasons why the platform will be slow. Below are the items to troubleshoot/consider.
Access:
- Are you using the platform within a VPN?
- Which browser are you using?
- Has your IT white listed the IntelligenceBank domain?
- Has your IT enabled WebSockets?
- Have you cleared your cache and/or cookies?
DAM Library:

Folder size - speak to your Main Admin to amend the pagination settings to reduce the assets per page.
- A large folder is defined as 150 assets within a folder

Asset size - preview and/or PDF document reader can
- A large asset is defined as each asset exceeds 20-30MB
- PDF document reader cannot accommodate complex images and/or excessively large file sizes

Anti Virus Scan (if purchased) - will deliberately slow the upload speed whilst the scan is completed. Indicative examples:
- PDF - 9.1MB - additional 6 secs
- Mp4 - 382MB - additional 5 secs
- ZIP - 1.3GB - additional 50 secs
Key Points:
- IB is optimised for the last 2 stable versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari
- Permissions are verified per action i.e. each time you attempt to click/search/action to ensure you are permitted to proceed
