I’m receiving an error logging into Single Sign-On

When logging into the platform via SSO there are several reasons why you may have difficulty logging in.

Troubleshooting Checklist

  1. Check that your username/email address is typed in correctly 
  2. Check that your network and or any VPN's are functioning (if working remote)
  3. Contact your internal IT team and ask them to check the following:
    • Is the Authenticator link still enabled?
    • Is your login pointing to the Single Sign on (not a traditional email and password)
