The Extensions window option is not visible in Photoshop - Mac Silicon Limitations

Modified on Wed, 8 Oct at 5:47 PM

The IntelligenceBank Connector for Adobe Creative Cloud is built as a CEP extension.

However, CEP extensions do not work on native Apple Silicon computers.

In order to use extensions in Photoshop on a native Apple Silicon computer, you need to run Photoshop under Rosetta mode. This can be enabled by right-clicking on the application icon in the applications folder, selecting Get info, and then enabling the Run in Rosetta option.

The menu Extensions (legacy) will then appear in Photoshop.
