It has been reported by some Windows users that the version 2.4+ of the Connector can load a grey screen for some users. As this issue only impacts some but not all Windows users, a universal fix could not be deployed to this date.
In the meantime, here are steps that users can follow to manually revert to the last known functioning version for these users.
Uninstall the problematic version.
Install Anastasiy CEP Extensions Manager: Anastasiy's Extension Manager for Adobe platform
After you open this program, you will be able to install extension packages directly. Download the version 2.3 package here, and install it to continue using that version instead: https://cdn.intelligencebank.com/au/share/jD3wDg/BnrR2G/kP60yZ/original/IntelligenceBankConnector_2.3.0_prod
Restart the application, and the 2.3 version of the Connector should now appear and load with no issue.
Alternatively, users can also switch to our LinkrUi Connector for Adobe Creative Cloud provided by our partner Santa Cruz Software.
