When a new Resource is added, IntelligenceBank automatically generates a thumbnail image of each file.
If a file is too large, this step is sometimes skipped to expedite the file upload process. If after a few minutes, the thumbnail still isn't generated, you can attempt to create a thumbnail by clicking on Update Thumbnail in the resource dropdown action menu. If a thumbnail is not created when doing this process, a thumbnail image may not be possible on this file. A standard file type icon, or if unavailable, the default resource icon, as set by your Main Administrator(s), will be used instead.
