In the General section under Admin > Settings, Main Admin users can use the Email Thumbnail Visibility setting to determine whether or not Preview Thumbnails are displayed in email alerts.
Preview Thumbnail (used for all types except for documents) will include a 150px x 150px thumbnail preview of the asset using a public CDN link.
Default Icons Displayed will use the default file format icon instead of the file preview. If a file format icon is not available, the default resource/record icon will be used.
Notes:
- Documents are not supported for previews in any emails
- URLs uploaded to IntelligenceBank as assets will always display a thumbnail preview
- Public Share emails will always include a thumbnail preview of the asset(s) being shared
