Within your platform, IntelligenceBank will automatically convert office documents (PPT, WORD, EXCEL) into PDF so you can preview an entire document online. You will still be able to download the original, but a small version of the file can be previewed when you click on the thumbnail, and a full size version is available within the document reader.
If you click on the thumbnail of the image, this is what the small-scale preview will look like.
If you click on the “Reader” Icon in the actions area, this is what the large-scale preview will look like.
If you are an existing client with documents uploaded before this feature was added, once a user clicks on a file we will automatically generate the PDF preview, and once this is done, all users will be able to preview the file online.
