Marketing Compliance Risk Reviews
Marketing Compliance is IntelligenceBank's compliance and risk management solution that automatically identifies risks related to brand, legal, and compliance standards in marketing content.
Risk Reviews provide a seamless experience for content compliance management directly within your IntelligenceBank Databases.
Marketing Compliance helps marketing teams create compliant content while reducing the manual effort typically required from legal and compliance reviewers. The system uses customized rule sets to scan documents and automatically flag content that may not comply with your organization's requirements.
Risk Detection Capabilities Marketing Compliance can detect a wide range of potential issues:
- Legal & Compliance Risks: Identifies potential regulatory issues, missing disclaimers, or compliance violations
- Brand Risks: Flags content that doesn't adhere to brand guidelines, including incorrect logos, fonts, or terminology
- Spelling & Grammar: Catches typos, grammar issues, and inconsistent language use
Updates to Re-assign Reviewers & new Bulk action
The Re-assign approval requests feature has been updated, allowing user to re-assign or remove multiple users at a time. The ability to do this in Bulk has also been added, allowing users the ability to update the reviewers of multiple requests at once. If users are going on leave, this should make it easier for them to select who will review in their absence, in conjunction with the Auto re-assign feature.
Other Enhancements
- A general UI uplift has been applied across the platform, providing a more seamless look and feel
- Drag & Drop Pages now allow users to clone widgets and offer new responsive options
- Shift + Select is now supported in the Approval list for Bulk actions

- Email thumbnails have been reduced to 150px max for images and will show an icon instead of a preview for Documents.
