Modified on Wed, 8 Oct at 5:45 PM

Databases is the latest module with a new design, updated user experience and a drastic improvement in search and speed. It also marks the release of our upgraded Database Calendar functionality.

This Beta version is available on request for those who want to test the new features, however please be aware that this is a Beta version and some issues may still occur. If you are interested in having this enabled, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or you can wait for the Production release in Q1, 2019.

Database List Page

Viewing all of your Databases will be quicker and easier, with the upgrade enabling a Database search at the top of the side panel, along with a choice of views (List or Cards).

Additionally, there are a number of other new features:

  • Counts on each Database to indicate how many Records exist
  • Single/Staged Database indicators
  • Related Link
  • Auto-Folder created link to that folder in Resources
  • Sort Databases on the fly using the sorting options dropdown on top right

Record Displays

The Beta version only supports the List and Calendar Record view options. The Cards view will be included in our Production release in Q1, 2019.

Additional features include:

  • Easier sorting options via the sort icon on the top right
  • Sort your Records by clicking on the column header
  • Clear indicators and links for Related items & the Auto-Folder create feature

Calendar View

The upgraded Calendar view (pictured below) provides an alternative way to view your records, based on customisable date fields. This is alongside a greatly enhanced UI and multiple new features.

The main features of this upgrade include:

  • Record display based on Start & End Dates

    • You can view a demonstration of how to set up this feature below:
