How do I filter my assets?

In addition to utilizing the search bar to locate your assets, you can leverage filters to narrow down your search results.

From the search results page, Click the Filter icon on the right hand side of the search bar and the Filtering Options panel will open on the left hand side of your screen.

• The General Options section includes options to specify your search scope, file format, file extension, file size, and if closed captions are applied or not.
• The Filters section are any custom built filters that your platform’s administrator(s) included that are specific to your Resources module.
• You also have the Ownership Details, Dates, Authors, and Custom Rules filtering options to narrow down your search even further if needed.
