Most of the file previews that appear on your platform will appear automatically. However, the InDesign file type 'INDD' requires additional settings to be applied before their previews can appear.
In order for your INDD file types to be supported for Preview generation within your platform, please ensure the following settings have been applied:
Within InDesign:
- In your InDesign preferences page, go to the File Handling menu option.
- Ensure that the 'Always Save Preview Images with Documents' setting is enabled.
When Saving a File
When saving the file, ensure that the 'Always Save Preview Images with Documents' checkbox is selected. If not, please enable this setting before the file is uploaded to your platform.
