- Revamped Agenda Builder tool, with key features including:
- Drag and drop items on agenda
- Multi-select items to add on agenda
- Add Description, Start/End times and organiser details to agenda items
- Link Agenda to a Calendar Event/Meeting
- Display of linked Calendar Event details on agenda list and viewer
- Option to disable numbering of items
- Option to only show items a user has access to in agenda viewer
- Admin user can sort order of agendas
- New Survey features:
- Delete past campaigns
- Full support for approvals in hierarchical surveys
- Filter responses by statuses
- Filter responses by author types in hierarchical surveys
- User can save filtering options as default
- General:
- AI / Illustrator files can be converted to other files types on the fly
- Fixed issue with popup when deleting navigation menu
- Fixed issue with popup when deleting global filter
- Fixed popup loading issue in databases form builder
- Prevent from selecting the same date in Required By field
- When emailing public link, default is now 1 day instead of 1 hour
- Enabled import and groups filtering for users with restricted access to the Users tab under Admin
- Workflow Improvements:
- Set conditions on Download Approvals (to automatically skip, apply or approve workflow)
- Locked fields changes now automatically get updated in all locations the workflow template has been enabled
- Workflow listing under Admin now shows more details about each workflow (type, tool it applies to and number of locations where it is in use)
- For preview users where download approvals are enable, title of files is now also clickable
