Closed Captions are a written record of an audio or video file with a timestamp and are generally displayed in conjunction with a video file. You can apply Closed Captions to audio and video files within IntelligenceBank for improved accessibility, compliance and engagement.

Database & Workflow Reporting Enhancements
- In Dashboards and Stats, you can include the "Time to Complete" Approval Requests or the number of revisions added.
- In Record views, display the progress of your File Approvals, allowing you to easily view how many files have been (for e.g.) Approved or Completed.
