Language Settings

Note: support for French language needs to be enabled on your platform. If you would like to enable French, please contact our support team at helpdesk@intelligencebank.com.

Under Admin > Language, you will find 3 global settings:

  • Default Platform Language: This is the platform default language and values will be mandatory for all dynamically translatable content. Non translated content in the non default language will remain blank or fallback to the translated language value.
  • Default User Language: This is the default language setting selected when adding new users. You can change this setting for each user profile and users can also switch to a different language at any time.
  • Untranslated Filter Value Handling: If Filter values are not translated, you can decide to either revert back to the translated language values, or hide them to the users.
