If you have forgotten your password, blocked your account, or would simply like to change it, you can do so at any time directly from the login page of your platform.
When on the login page, click on the button/link called Forgot Password. A new page will load requesting you to then enter your email address (note that your username is your email address too), and click Reset Password again.
An email will then be sent to this address with a link for you to create a new password.
