The Review Process

1. Submit Your Material
   • Upload your content through the Marketing Compliance platform
   • Supported formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, and other standard formats
   • Logo Compliance, and any other compliance checks, are run automatically
2. Automated Analysis
   • System scans for all instances of the logos that have been provided to us 
   • Each logo is measured and analyzed
   • Surrounding space and context are evaluated
   • Colors are checked for accuracy
3.  Review Results
   • Receive detailed feedback on compliance
   • View highlighted areas of concern
   • Get specific measurements and comparisons
   • Access clear pass/fail results for each check

What We Can Check

• Logo size (minimum and maximum requirements)
• Clear space around logos
• Color accuracy and consistency
• Logo placement and orientation
• Use of current vs. legacy logos
• Background compatibility
  • On plain backgrounds and some gradients

Best Practices for Success - Document Preparation

1. File Quality
   • Use high-resolution images when possible
   • Avoid heavy compression
   • Maintain original document dimensions
   • Follow platform-recommended formats
2.  Design Considerations
   • Maintain clear contrast around logos
   • Avoid placing logos on busy backgrounds
   • Ensure logos aren't obscured by other elements
   • Keep logos at recommended sizes
3. Format Guidelines
   • Standard document sizes work best (especially A4)
   • Use recommended file formats
   • Maintain reasonable aspect ratios
   • Preserve original color spaces
