The PrintUI editor does not support spreads and facing pages, so if you have some in your document, the template will fail during the upload process.
To disable spreads and facing page, select the spreads/facing pages in the Pages menu, and in the top right dropdown, click on Allow Selected Spread to Shuffle.
Once all pages are separated, the upload should work.
