Auto-assign User as Group Permissions

In order to auto-assign User as Group permissions, you will need to perform the following steps:

- Go to Admin > Users.

- Find and click on the Convert user, and remove Main Admin group access. This will make next steps a lot easier. This will also be required to stop syncing everything.

- Go to Admin > Groups tab now

- Click on Users As Group tab, and next to Convert, click the Edit icon

- Go to Permissions tab

- Click Details under the Content column, on the Resources module row

- Click on the level of permission for each parent folder you want to give the Convert user access to.

- For each, propagate to the sub-folders by clicking once on the arrow on the left. You will see the permission getting applied to the sub-folders.

Confirm and then Save & Exit.
