Exporting Database Records To Excel

You can download your entire Database results at any time by clicking into that database name, and then on the Export Database icon near the top-right of your screen.

If your Database is staged, the export will directly download to your browser. 

If the Database is non-staged, you will then have the below options to either:

Export for General Use
Export for Re-import

General Use just refers to exporting the data to a document for your own internal use.

Selecting to Export for Re-import is the option to choose as the first step when you want to add bulk information to existing records. (Click here for the steps of how to import updates to your existing records.) 

Click on Export Now to export the records and it will download as an Excel spreadsheet.

*Please note, there is no way to export a filtered list of your briefs/tasks/project records using this feature.
