Remind a Reviewer of a Pending Request

If a Reviewer has not yet responded to a request, users with relevant permissions can remind them with an email prompt to complete their Review.

In the Approvals Request List (in your 'Workflow' or 'Approvals' tab) select the dropdown menu for the relevant request and select Reminder:

This will open a window with 'Waiting on' reviewer(s) pre-populated in the Recipient(s) field, and with a message box to create a custom message that you’d like to send to this reviewer. (Other reviewers on that stage who may have already responded can still be added to this alert, should you need to loop them in on this reminder also.)

You can remove users who do not need to be reminded. 

Note that for Staged Workflow requests that only Reviewers of the current stage will appear to send the reminder to.

Add a message to the user/s and click Send to send the Reminder/s.
