How do I configure anti-spoofing?

Sometimes an email domain is configured in a way to reject suspect emails. This may happen sometimes to emails sent from our platform as by default the emails look like they come from the sender rather than a system. 

If this is the case, you can enable anti-spoofing and add in specific domains to re-write which will send emails to the specific domains from a system email instead. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Admin > Settings 
  2. Scroll down to Enable Anti-Spoofing on Email Links and make sure it is ticked 
  3. Add the users email domain in the Domain(s) to Re-Write
